Since all our autumn camps got fully-booked with waiting lists in no time, we decided to launch one bonus edition with Achel & Valeriya to make sure more of you can join us this year and...we will all have just one more awesome week of skating and fun! But since it's an extra edition, we decided to make it extra special, to close the camp season of 2019 with a BANG.
During this camp, besides tones of longboarding (of course!), we will enjoy daily yoga targeted specifically at the needs of skaters and skaters-to be; savour the most vibrant meals cooked for us by our on-site chef; surf the enchanting Atlantic; and last but not least, give ourselves up to the hands of masseuse.
Sounds good? Read on!
UPDATE: as so many more of you wanted to join still, we are adding one more week with the same program. However, we will still update the information about our on-site chef for Oct 20 - 27.

Longboard Dancing & Freestyle is our main focus with 14 hours of guided lessons, and unlimited freeride hours. Basically, you can skate as much as your feet can carry you!
Our program is perfect for those who have never stepped on a board and those who are wondering what else can I do with that board? In other words, beginners will safely build a solid base that will allow them to progress independently later on, while intermediate and advanced longboarders - hack new tricks and upgrade their style & technique.
Every class will be led by our invited prorider - Achel with the assistance of Valeriya. Not only does it mean smaller groups (just 6 persons/per instructor), but also an opportunity to learn from two different riders - each with her own array of tricks, style, philosophy, and method.
Meet your instructors
Meet Achel Machin, a French longboarder from Paris, whom you will easily recognize from afar - hypnotizing flow and immaculate technique, not to mention those head-dizzying pirouettes and big spins... and aerials, too. Damn, those aerials!
In 2018, this bold Frenchie quit his job as a psychologist to pursue the path where his biggest passions meet: longboarding, photography&filmmaking, and traveling, - all of which he shares with people around.
What we love about Achel is that he isn't just an amazing rider but also a true longboard ambassador, he doesn´t play it, he lives it to the fullest.

Meet Valeriya Gogunskaya, a Russian longboarder based in Portugal. In 2017, she founded Longboarding Days and Nights - the first longboard dancing & freestyle community in Portugal - to share her passion and encourage more people to try this art-on-wheels.
Valeriya organizes longboard events, runs camps and gives lessons. Thanks to this initiative, over 700 people stepped on the board for the first time.
As a rider, Valeriya prefers dancing to freestyle and has a major weakness for step variations and pirouettes as well as surfy kind of flow. During the camp, her focus will be on building a solid dance base and teaching how to create your own combos.

Curious and open-minded, Rita Silva is known as a true globe trotter foodie, who is always in a search for new flavors, techniques, and ideas to bring to the table.
Rita started her journey with a Raw Chef Certification by Alchemy Academy in Bali. Today she is attending a Macrobiotic Course in the Portuguese Institute of Macrobiotic (IMP).
All come together at her home in Lisbon, in her LocalBites food journal, where all the flavors gain life and creativity takes place. The main ingredient she uses? Passion!
During the camp, Rita will spoil us with mostly plant-based meals: with nutritious and detoxifying breakfasts to clean the body and comfy dinners with lots of sharings and some surprises.
Every meal will be carefully thought of and prepared with love while embracing sustainable and seasonal practices. We take into consideration any food allergies and restrictions, just send us a message!

Santa Cruz (google: Praia de Santa Cruz) is a small town overlooking miles-long coast of the Atlantic. Located 50 km to the north of Lisbon, this enchanting corner still remains hidden from a mass tourism. What does this mean? A coffee under 1€. Enough place for your beach towel. Surfing without a crowd of 100 people. A chance to meet a real local person in a natural habitat and listen to the melody of the Portuguese language.
And of course, these views
To book your spot, we require a non-refundable 40% deposit via a bank transfer or PayPal. The resting amount is paid upon arrival in cash.
Rua Joao Paulo II, n.º 47 - Santa Cruz, Lisbon, Portugal
Surf classes usually take place at our local spot. But if the conditions are not suitable, we will travel along the coast to find the perfect ones for you.
The duration of the class is 2h + 30 min break in between. You will receive the guidance and material corresponding to your level, whether you are a total beginner or a confident rider.
Every day you will enjoy yoga practice of 1,5 h with Miguel, our experienced instructor with 7 years of intensive studies of traditional yoga. For this camp, he developed a special yoga program oriented at skaters: for relaxation, preventing injuries, improving balance, and building stamina.
Every session will have a different dynamics and focus be it soothing and restorative or energizing and intense. Not only will yoga help to boost your performance but also save you from the soaring muscles from skating and surfing.
We will stay at a family-owned Surfcamp 360 reserved just for us. This camp is far more than just a lovely house. It is a place where genuine hospitality and human warmth find their way through every detail.
The house with charming views of the valley boasts a fruit garden, an on-site bar and an open terrace for chillaxing gatherings. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, where you can cook your own meals.
We are totally in love with this place because here you get an authentic, living a-la-Portuguese feeling without compromising on conveniences, like a hot shower and free Wi-Fi.
And after running five of our longboard camps here throughout 2018 - 2019, we know for sure what the best hosts are like.
